Unfortunately fink fails to install Subversion on Mac OS X 10.4 ("Tiger"). So jut head on to http://www.codingmonkeys.de/mbo/ an grab the latest Mac OS X Subversion installer package.
Update
run
fink selfupdate (as of 2005/06/13) and youll be able to install subversion using the fink package manager.
